Community Update
The donation site at Lesterville School has reached capacity. We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming generosity and support shown to our flood-affected community.
At this time, we kindly ask everyone to temporarily hold off on bringing additional donations until we have had an opportunity to organize and distribute the items already received.
Please watch our Facebook page for an update letting everyone know when we are ready to accept more donations.

We are putting a pause on receiving donations delivered to Lesterville School for today as we are reaching storage capacity.

We know there are more families and businesses in need and we will keep providing for them as long as we can.
Dumpsters are being placed at Black River Baptist Church, Circle Drive, and Lesterville School.
The portable shower trailer is onsite at Lesterville School.
The mobile laundry will be setup at Lesterville Library.

Transportation volunteers are available to transport those that can't get out or have access to transportation to Lesterville School so that they can access the resources available to them. Please contact us, if you need services. (573)637-2201 ext. 4.
Emergency response MOBILE FOOD TRUCK will be available this evening at LESTERVILLE SCHOOL for ANYONE wanting a hot meal. Lesterville School also has food, water, supplies, showers, hygiene supplies, clothing, etc available. Unsure on start time for food truck, hoping to start by 5 p.m. Will keep you posted!
Lesterville School is the Central location for emergency response. We have food, water, portable showers, and supplies for all those in need. Emergency triage is set up as well for any immediate medical needs.

Lesterville School would like to wish Mr. John Garland a very Happy 100th Birthday! Mr. Garland was a longtime teacher and librarian at Lesterville R-4. He made a huge impact on many people during his career as a Bearcat. We hope you have the best day!!🎉

High school had their awards assembly today! Students received awards for each class, grades, attendance, and testing incentives. Congratulations to all students! Pictured are all the students who received High Honors all four quarters this school year. Also, congratulations to Roman Lanham, Blakely Mayes, Rylee Laughman, and Adrick Fitzgerald for being voted the Best All Around students in Jr. High and High School!
Junior/Senior Beta and Elementary STUCO hosted a tab top drive in honor of Cameron Payne's battle with cancer. Tabs will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. We are excited to announce that a total of 223 pounds of tabs were collected. Way to go Bearcats!
